Nuance Transcription Services is an Internet-based provider of Medical Transcription services, with corporate headquarters located in Burlington, Massachusetts, 10 miles north of Boston. In 1999, we began our journey towards national leadership in Health Care Service and our comittment is as strong today as it was then.

Nuance Transcription Services is the coming together of three great companies: Focus Infomatics (already part of Nuance Communications), OSi, and Encompass Medical Transcription. With Nuance Communications acquisitions of OSi and Encompass, and the tremendous growth Focus experienced in 2010, Nuance Transcription Services has grown into a leading medical transcription service organization with more than 1,200 home-based and office employees. We serve a large array of satisfied customers, hospitals and physician groups, located throughout the United States.
